Here at Oupa’s, we only use British Silverside Beef. Our Biltong contains: No Artificial Preservatives, Flavour Enhances, Meat Tenderisers or added sugar. Biltong contains over 50% protein. Oupa's is Infused Inspiration we look to infuse the flavours we love for 'inspirational eating'.
